Sarah Walsh is a Los Angeles based artist who recently graduated from Cal State University Long Beach with a degree in painting. She creates her expressionistic landscapes from life and then in the studio surrounded by machine shops and the sound of traffic. The places where nature and human life collide provide the focus of her work. Her aim is to always show the evidence of humanity even in scenes that seem entirely given over to nature. Walsh has participated in notable exhibitions throughout Los Angeles as well as at the Laguna Art Museum Annual auction and several exhibitions at RAWsalt.
