Melanie LaMay is a painter born in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2021 she graduated from the Laguna College of Art and Design with a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting with an Illustration emphasis. She is currently back in her hometown of Las Vegas drawing inspiration from the big skies to be found there. She finds inspiration from a cross-section of science fiction, the realities of our changing climate and nature as a whole.
