Saltfineart Juxtaposes Works of Three Photographers
Saltfineart presents “Panoramas,” an exhibit showcasing the work of three female photographers who gently chide the idea of a panorama as an unbroken view. The images of Cecilia Paredes, Ana Mercedes Hoyos and Cinthya Soto, offer visions and vistas camouflaged, dimensions foiled, and cultures revealed. Panoramas runs May 5 through June 20, with an opening reception for the artists from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, May 5.
Saltfineart initiates a visual conversation between these impressive artists who have 20-, 30- and 50-year careers, respectively.
While each of these artists’ images are a must-see on their own, it is the juxtaposition of the three that creates the most interesting view.
